Scott is an experienced wildfire modeler and data scientist with over ten years of experience. As a former wildland firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service and software engineer with Mapbox, Scott brings practical wildfire experience, high-quality software development skills, and advanced geospatial analysis expertise together to solve complex problems in the wildfire domain. He holds a Masters of Science in Geographic Information Science from the University of Wisconsin and Bachelors in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
